It’s hard to believe that another year has passed by and we are still facing the challenges of living with the Covid-19 pandemic and its variants. Indeed it is a very difficult time for many people around the world as we struggle to do the right thing to ensure a sustainable environment and equity for all. Your SBYS Board has faced these challenges with a deep and steadfast commitment to finding creative ways to support programs and services for Burnaby’s young people and their families in need. In Burnaby we are fortunate to have many supportive and caring people like you prepared to make a difference.

Like many other organizations, SBYS and the Burnaby Children’s Fund are struggling to raise the funds necessary to meet the increasing demands resulting from Covid-19, so we hope that you will renew your membership for 2022. In addition to demonstrating support for our work, your membership fee will help us to continue providing services and supporting programs that contribute to the positive social development of Burnaby’s vulnerable children and youth.

Please consider making a donation along with your membership renewal this year ($10 due January 1, 2022). Donations of an additional $10 or more will receive a tax receipt. You can renew your membership and make donations online through our PayPal account. Alternatively, you can make out a cheque payable to “Supporting Burnaby Youth Society” and mail it to 4596 Marine Drive, Burnaby, BC V5J 3G2.
